• Emerge Gallery and Art Center accepting entries for DownEast exhibition (reflector.com) — Ayden is one of several Pitt County communities partnering in the 2027 DownEast Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition, and artists from the area are invited to submit work now. Emerge Gallery is accepting entries for both indoor and outdoor shows, with outdoor submissions due Nov. 15, 2026, modest entry fees, and up to six pieces allowed per artist.
