📰 News we're reading

• NC 41 road paving begins near Chinquapin (reflector.com) — Expect intermittent lane closures on NC 41 between Chinquapin and Beulaville for about a month as NCDOT resurfaces the highway and the NC 24/41 intersection. Weekday daytime work and nightly intersection work could slow your commute, so consider alternate routes and allow extra time, especially near the NC 24/41 junction in town.
