The City’s Economic Development Office’s FY 2020-21 Year in Review Report is now available online. The report highlights economic development activity across Greensboro.

According to Marshall Yandle, economic development manager, the challenge during 2020-21 was how to address a business climate characterized by the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The City and our partners adapted programs and policies to align with the changing needs of industry, businesses and the Greensboro community during this time,” Yandle says, adding that this has resulted in the stabilization of many aspects of business activity and development.

The Economic Development Office is part of the City’s Planning Department.
