Eastbound lanes of Summit Avenue, from Church Street to Percy Street, will be closed from 7:30 am to 4 pm on Wednesday, October 7 for preparation of paving associated with Phase 2 of the Downtown Greenway. Motorists are encouraged to take alternate routes during this time to avoid the work areas or expect delays.
