• Eden man charged with multiple felonies following a shooting that wounded an SBI agent (myfox8.com) — An SBI agent wounded in a Rockingham County shootout is recovering in stable condition at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro after being shot in the leg while confronting a suspect in Reidsville. • NC Lottery Powerball, Pick 3 Day results for Oct. 3, 2026 - The Asheville Citizen Times (fiorreports.com) — North Carolina lottery players can now check the Oct. 3 Powerball and other draw results and, if they win more than $599, head to the Greensboro Regional Office & Claim Center on Oak Branch Drive to collect in person. - I would like to give a big happy shout out to officer Denis Jefferson, with the Burlington Police Dept.
He was exemplary, helping with extended roadside assistance yesterday, when my Mother and I had a flat tire incident in her Farm truck, coming back… (Nextdoor Friendly Homes) - 2 lost dogs near old Harmont drive on Liberty rd.
