Greenville City Council approves Revive and Restore program to boost homeownership (wcti12.com) — Greenville's City Council has approved a new Revive and Restore Pilot Program to help low- and moderate-income homeowners fix up existing houses while giving Pitt Community College students hands-on renovation experience.
