Here’s When Huntersville Can Expect To See The Sun Again

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — The work week may be off to a gloomy, slightly chilly start, but the Charlotte-metro area has plenty of sunshine and warmer temperatures to look forward to later this week, the National Weather Service says.

Monday’s rain and drizzle will turn into patchy fog by Tuesday morning, forecasters say. Drier conditions are expected by Wednesday, as temperatures continue to warm up. While the highs on Monday are only expected to reach the low 50s, by week’s end they will creep up to the high 70s and low 80s.

Rain likely, mainly before 1pm. Cloudy, with a high near 54. Calm wind becoming east southeast around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, partly sunny, with a high near 64. North wind around 7 mph.
