Huntersville Police Successfully Wrangle Goats To Safety — Again
For the second time in recent months, officers herded goats to safety off Huntersville roadways.
HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Officers in Huntersville are being credited for getting three wanted animals off the street Sunday after they nabbed three goats.
The officers were dispatched to Stumptown Road and Statesville Road Sunday evening around 7:30 p.m. after three goats fell from a cage on a truck and were found wandering the roadway.
It’s the second goat-related apprehension for the department since April, however, a spokesperson for the department said the two incidents are not believed to be related.
