Huntersville Weekend Events: Civil War Reenactment, July 4th Festivities

Need something to do this long July 4th holiday weekend? Here are some of the events going on in Huntersville and the Lake Norman region.

HUNTERSVILLE, NC -- This July 4th holiday weekend in Huntersville and the Lake Norman region is brimming with things to do, from a two-day civil war reenactment at Latta Plantation to pet adoption events and farmers markets.

Keep your outdoor fourth of July holiday weekend plans flexible because the Charlotte region will likely see periods of thunderstorms through early next week, according to a National Weather Service forecast.
