State Fair Youth Livestock Scholarship, bringing statewide recognition and support to a local resident’s college plans. The scholarship program, funded through the State Fair’s Sale of Champions, is giving 33 North Carolina students financial help this year based on their livestock show participation, academics, and community involvement.
