Horse-Drawn Wagons, Snow Storm: This Weekend In Mooresville
This weekend, there's a lot going on in Mooresville before the snow hits, from a holiday festival with Santa downtown to live music.

MOORESVILLE, NC — There may be a major snow storm expected this weekend, but there are also plenty of fun and festive things to do around town before the first flakes begin to fall.
Friday night, downtown Mooresville will have horse-drawn wagons, holiday lights and visits with Santa. There’s also live music, a Christmas celebration at a local church and, for those up for a little drive, Christmas lights at Zootastic Park in Troutman.
A winter storm watch is in effect beginning Saturday evening through Monday morning as North Carolina braces for what forecasters are saying is a major winter storm that could dump up to about a foot of snow in the piedmont and western North Carolina. You can read more about the weekend forecast here.
