Live Music, Cookouts: Labor Day Weekend In Mooresville

MOORESVILLE, NC — Labor Day marks the end of the summer for most of America but in Mooresville, it's just another reason to get outside, enjoy the weather, take in some live music and fire up the grill one more time. There will be plenty of fun events to check out around the Mooresville area.

Here are five events to check out in Mooresville this Labor Day weekend:

• Iredell County Agricultural Fair 2018 — Friday, Aug. 31 - Saturday, Sept. 8. Iredell County Fairgrounds, Troutman.
• American Holler at Jeffrey’s — Friday, Aug. 31, 7 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 1, 10 p.m. Jeffrey’s Lake Norman, 117 Trade Court, Mooresville.
• End of Summer Cookout Party — Saturday, Sept. 1, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Casa de Montecristo by JR Cigar, 130 Consumer Square, Mooresville.
• Labor Day Celebration — Saturday, Sept. 1, 5 p.m. - 10 p.m., Queens Landing Marina, 1459 River Highway, Mooresville.
• Blue Monday and The Jill Goodson Band — Sunday, Sept. 2, 7 p.m. - midnight, Apps & Taps, 155 Pinnacle Lane, Mooresville.
