Neighbors in the area are taking extra precautions to keep doors locked and are being sure to not leave keys in cars. (abc11)
- On Monday night, a senior citizen was killed and two firefighters injured in a Cary house fire. Firefighters responded to the home on Dunhagan Place before 11:30 p.m. The woman who lived in the home was 93, and had been visited by her family members that evening. The Cary Police Department was present to investigate the home fire. (abc11, WRAL)
