Join Area Executive Chef Troy Stauffer for a memorable culinary journey that pairs tantalizing bacon-forward delicacies with distinctive craft beers.
For an enticing start to the evening, guests will enjoy a passed amuse-bouche of Shirred Egg with biscuit crumble and WhistlePig bacon jam, followed by a Vietnamese Crêpe layered with “Canadian” bacon, crab, crispy rice, herb salad and nuoc cham. Grilled Quail filled with bacon and apple farce and accompanied by collard green pesto and duck bacon is followed by an indulgent main course of Fresh Smoked Cheshire White Pork Belly with cornbread, sorghum molasses, hot chicken chicharrónes and sweet potato. Each exceptional course has been thoughtfully paired with a selection of great craft beers, chosen to complement and enhance the bold flavors of every dish. The evening concludes with a decadent Bacon Brownie finished with bacon-dusted marshmallow and bacon fat caramel, a fitting finale to an experience defined by bold, inventive flavors.
