Chesterbrook Academy Campers Raise $400 for Children with Cancer

Campers held a fundraiser to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and children with blood cancer

Summer campers at Chesterbrook Academy Elementary School in Raleigh recently held a donation drive and raised more than $400 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Students collected money in “superhero” donation boxes and took part in a spirit day where they were able to dress up as their favorite superhero. Through this initiative, campers learned the importance of helping other children in their community.
