Chesterbrook Academy Preschool Donates More Than 80 Gifts

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Raleigh recently collected more than 80 toys for Toys for Tots, a gift drive run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Throughout December, students worked together to collect a variety of toys and gifts for children of all ages. Toys for Tots then distributed the gifts to local children in need in time for the holidays. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of spreading kindness and helping others in the community.

Toys for Tots, a 70-year national charitable program run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, provides happiness and hope to less fortunate children during each holiday season. The toys, books and other gifts collected and distributed by Marines and volunteers offer these children recognition, confidence and a positive memory for a lifetime.
