Local parent & family businessman brings nationally-recognized childcare, enrichment programs, & early education to toddlers & preschoolers

The Learning Experience, one of the country's fastest-growing educational childcare franchises, today announced the opening of its newest Academy of Early Education center at 8101 Target Side Drive in Northeast Raleigh.

The center provides childcare, enrichment programs, and early education for children from six weeks to six years of age. Its all-inclusive curriculum and programs include phonics, mathematics, science, foreign language, yoga, and a philanthropy program that teaches children the value of kindness and generosity.

The independent franchise location in Raleigh is owned by Ryan Major, a local parent and family businessman who graduated from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Major, a first-time franchise owner, will employ over 30 teachers and staff to serve upwards of 180 children in the Northeast Raleigh community.

The Learning Experience's proprietary Learning Experience Academic Program (L.E.A.P. ®) curriculum and enrichment programs were developed through more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education. Its early literacy programs have 9 out of 10 children reading before Kindergarten, and the unique philanthropy curriculum was created in partnership with Make-A-Wish.

The center in Northeast Raleigh marks the franchise's 13th location in North Carolina. The Learning Experience is ranked no. 84 on Entrepreneur's 2019 Franchise 500 and has over 220 centers across the country serving more than 27,000 toddlers and preschoolers with childcare, enrichment programs, and early education. The franchise also has over 100 locations currently in development in select markets nationwide.
