Help with meds. •	Transportation: Community provides transportation to medical appointments, shopping and outings. •	Social: Familiar company at meals. Raleigh voters went to the polls Tuesday and decided overwhelmingly to re-elect Nancy McFalane as their mayor. It will be a fourth two-year term for her. McFarlane took home 31,469 votes or 57.79 percent of the ballots cast, handily beating her opponent, Charles Francis, who received 22,983 votes or 42.21 percent of the ballots cast. It was not expected to be that big a margin of victory for McFarlane. Francis had run a tough race in the primary, forcing a runoff with the mayor.
