Raleigh Local and Tilt 365 Founder Pam Boney Selected as IDG Contributor, Presenter at Two Major Conferences

Raleigh local and Tilt 365 Founder Pam Boney has been selected to contribute to CIO.com and to present at two professional coaching events

Pam Boney, Raleigh local and Founder and CEO of Tilt 365—a suite of development tools designed to create innovative team culture—has been selected as a presenter at WBECS and ICF Converge 2017 and as a contributor to the IDG Network. These honors mark a major step for Tilt 365 as a national brand in the people and talent development space.

On June 6th at 1 pm EDT, Boney will join Janet M. Harvey, ICF Master Certified Coach and CEO at Invite Change, to facilitate a WBECS online session entitled “The Science of Character Is Emerging to Address This Important Blind Spot of Our Time.” This session will detail how organizations can catalyze the growth mindset required to solve problems faster and help leaders transcend ego-centric motives to serve the greater good.

On August 24th at 1 pm EDT, Boney and Harvey will once again team up to deliver a talk entitled “The Emerging Science of Character” at ICF Converge 2017, taking place in Washington D.C. This session will touch technology’s exponential expansion and its impact on the workplace, as well as existential concepts that can result in healthy, positive self-regard that spontaneously evokes ethical action.

“It is truly an honor to be selected as a presenter at both of these prestigious events,” said Boney. “Our mission at Tilt 365 is to help people develop into their best selves, and presenting at these events is a great way to continue to deliver on that mission. I am also thrilled to be discussing character science at both ICF Converge and WBECS, because that concept is so central to our framework and methodology.”

In addition to these two presentations, Boney has also been selected as a contributing author to the IDG Contributor Network. IDG publishes content in some of the most respected publications and on some of the most trusted technology websites in the world, including CIO.com, NetworkWorld and MacWorld. Boney’s blog will be hosted on CIO.com and will be entitled “Tilting for Innovation.” Her posts will cover topics like leadership, professional development and the impact of technology on workplace culture.

“Being selected as an IDG Contributor is incredibly exciting for me and serves as a wonderful validator for the entire Tilt 365 team,” Boney explained. “Many of IDG’s publications are some of my favorite reads, and so much of the content is relevant to our message as well, because Tilt 365’s philosophy is based in part on the idea that technology is constantly disrupting and changing the way teams collaborate. The “Tilting for Innovation” blog will give Tilt 365 a chance to reach a new and much broader audience and I can’t wait to get started.”
