- A manhunt closed a large section of Honeycutt Road yesterday. Raleigh police and the State Highway Patrol assisted Wake County sheriffs with the search after the suspect fled from the scene of a nearby crash. - A shooting was reported just before 6:40 pm on Thursday at a sweepstakes parlor. This is the second shooting at a sweepstakes parlor in the span of a few days, and the one victim in this incident suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being shot in the leg. (CBS17)
