Here are the top stories in Raleigh today:
- 300+ Black-owned businesses gathered on Small Business Saturday to share their products and services. The gathering took place at the NC State Fairgrounds on Saturday and Sunday to promote the local Black businesses. (CBS17)
- Multiple fire crews responded to a fire on NC State University property on Saturday night. The fire began in a storage building on Lake Wheler Road that contained farm equipment and hay. (WRAL)
- Raleigh animal control officers captured a pot-bellied pig that was wondering the city on Thanksgiving day. The capture took 12 officers, and the pig is now being held at Blind Spot Animal Sanctuary in Rougemont. (CBS17)
- A Saturday afternoon brawl broke out at Buffaloe Road Athletic Park involving at least 15 children and adults. The initial 911 call involved a large fight that broke out, but minutes later a woman reported taking her daughter to the hospital to be treated for a cut wound from the fight. (CBS17)
- Authorities are searching for a South Florida girl who is believed to have been kidnapped and taken to North Carolina by someone she met in an online video game. Around 10:00 pm on Saturday night the girl was able to contact her mother distressed, and detectives pinged her phone in North Carolina but could not determine where specifically. (TampaBay10)
