Veterans Day honors the men and women who have
served our county in times of war and peace. In addition to showing its
appreciation, the Wake County Veterans Services Office wants to make sure
veterans know about the benefits available to them.
“We understand that veterans’ affairs can be overwhelming,”
said Director Douggy Johnson II. “Our staff at the Wake County Veterans
Services Office is here to help veterans and their family members navigate the
process and get the assistance they need.”
