ā¢ PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to An Interlocal Agreement to Merge the (sanfordherald.com) ā Sanford residents should know the city is set to assume Chatham County water and wastewater properties and their existing leases as part of the TriRiver Water merger, with formal approval planned August 18. City Council will vote at its 5 p.m. meeting at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street on continuing key tower and equipment leases tied to the regional water system.
