• America 250 passport showcases 40-plus southeast NC sites (coastalreview.org) — A new “Roadmap to Freedom” passport program highlights more than 40 historic and cultural stops across southeastern North Carolina, including the NC Maritime Museum at Southport. Residents can pick up a passport, collect stamps at participating sites through December 31, and become eligible for America 250-themed prizes while exploring Revolutionary War and regional history close to home.
