This free online class is designed to provide family caregivers the skills needed to take care of themselves, so everyone can benefit. Powerful Tools for Caregivers of Children with Special Needs introduces techniques that help reduce stress, increase ability to make tough decisions, and learn to locate helpful resources that will lead to a more balanced life.
