The Fargo Police Department will host a swearing-in ceremony introducing the five newly-hired police officers, three crime analysts, three support staff members and honoring the promotion of one sergeant. The ceremony will take place on Monday, Jan. 24 at 9 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at Fargo City Hall, 225 4th St. N.
