The Little Gym of Avon Hosts Open House With Olympic Gold Medalist Dominique Moceanu
Parents In Cleveland Area Invited To Check Out Experiential Learning Program
AVON, Ohio—The Little Gym of Avon, a children’s enrichment and development franchise known for its wide array of progressively structured classes, is opening its doors to the local families to tour its facility and get more information on available programs. On Sunday, September 18, families will be able to learn more about The Little Gym and the importance of physical activity with special guest, Olympic Gold Medalist, Dominique Moceanu.
From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., The Little Gym of Avon will celebrate its reopening by holding a special keynote presentation from Dominique* on the benefits of gymnastics and the importance of keeping kids active. After her presentation, Dominique will be able to take pictures and sign autographs with families in attendance. In an effort to give back to the community, The Little Gym of Avon will also be collecting packages of diapers and donating them to the Blessing House, a temporary safe house for children of families in crisis. *In order to reserve a spot for Dominique’s presentation, attendees must RSVP to the Facebook event at the following address

The Little Gym of Avon’s curriculum features a variety of programs that promote coordination, balance, rhythm and flexibility for children between the ages of four months to 12 years. With popular classes such as gymnastics, dance and parent/child lessons, The Little Gym is based on the philosophy of allowing kids to experience success in a fun, caring and non-competitive environment. Children's listening, social and intellectual capacities are all enhanced in the process, as students are encouraged to progress at their own pace. The Little Gym of Avon also offers Awesome Birthday Bashes in a variety of themes that feature instructor-led games, music and LEGO Juniors or LEGO DUPLO building activities. Setup and cleanup for birthday parties are taken care of by The Little Gym staff, so parents can have just as much fun as their little ones.
