• Annual Plein Air Paint Out takes place at BAYarts (cleveland.com) — Bay Village residents can join or watch BAYarts' outdoor "Plein Air Paint Out" happening October 2–4 on the BAYarts campus and surrounding Huntington Reservation. Adult artists can register to compete for cash prizes, exhibit their work locally, and enjoy a public reception, with select pieces on display through early November. 
• North Olmsted football: Running back tandem Koen Beasley, Ameer Silmi rush Eagles to third straight win (morningjournal.com) — Bay Village football fans saw Bay's offense light up the scoreboard, even in a 41–27 loss to North Olmsted, with quarterback Patrick Cleary throwing for nearly 400 yards and four touchdowns. The story highlights Bay's comeback push and sets up North Olmsted's next big conference test against undefeated Rocky River.
