Officials say the program responds to long-standing speeding complaints, and revenue is earmarked for village safety improvements, while the processing address is being shifted from Maryland to Canton. 
• More Wayne Measles Cases, Health Officials Stress Vaccinations (whbc.com) — Canton's health commissioner is urging parents to keep children up to date on vaccinations as Wayne County battles a growing measles outbreak, with five new cases and many more suspected. While no cases are reported yet in Stark or Carroll counties, Canton health officials are offering Monday vaccination clinics and stressing that all current Wayne County patients were unvaccinated.
• 'Blair Witch Project' cast coming to Canton (fox8.com) — Fans in Canton can catch a special screening of "The Blair Witch Project" at the Canton Palace Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 3, complete with a live Q&A and meet-and-greet with the original cast.
