Expect closed streets, free streetcar rides, drone shows, and an expanded opening celebration near TQL Stadium, plus kid-friendly activities and a coloring contest that lets one child help "flip the switch."

Prosecutors say the case follows his earlier conviction for abusing an infant son, and they outline how medical evidence, police interviews, and coroner findings led to the new charges in Hamilton County.
