Tower City Bridge Work Set To Continue
The Ohio Department of Transportation said construction will commence Feb. 20.

CLEVELAND — Construction on the Tower City Bridge will continue on Feb. 20, the Ohio Department of Transportation announced. The work will be on structures along W. Huron Road, W. Prospect Avenue, W. 3rd Street, and W. 2nd Street in downtown Cleveland.
Crews will be doing a bridge joint replacement, bridge deck resurfacing, and sealing and sidewalk replacement. This portion of the nearly $14 million-project will continue through October 2019, ODOT said.
During the construction, there will be closures and restrictions in the area. Sidewalks will continue to be open to pedestrians, outside of construction zones.
