Bond Set For Alleged Cleveland Heights Shooter

A Cleveland Heights man's bond was set for allegedly shooting a 17-year old Tuesday.

A Cleveland Heights man who is accused of shooting a 17-year old boy in the back had his bond set at $100,000 on Wednesday.

Monroe waived his right to a preliminary hearing after appearing in Cleveland Municipal Court. The case will now be taken to the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

Patch previously reported that Monroe was charged with attempted aggravated murder and having weapons under disability on Tuesday.

The case is still undergoing investigation, with additional information yet to be released. As of Tuesday, the boy is still in stable condition.
