In this hands‑on class, you’ll learn how to make crisp, delicate macaron shells and fill them with a cozy apple‑cider buttercream made from reduced cider and warm spices. We’ll cover mixing, piping, resting, baking, and troubleshooting so you can recreate perfect macarons at home.
You’ll leave with a box of your own macarons, detailed recipes, and the confidence to make them again on your own.

Join me for a 90-minute workshop decorating Pumpkins and Latte themed sugar cookies at <a href="https://stone-oven.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Stone Oven Bakery</a>, 2267 Lee Road, Cleveland Heights. This event is family friendly, and adults and children are welcome.
You will be provided 4 pre-baked sugar cookies, royal icing in the shades of our theme, and a yummy mug of coffee or hot cocoa. I will teach you basic piping and flooding techniques. In addition to your amazing self-decorated cookies, you’ll leave with instructions to decorate at home, and recipes to make your own cookies and icing. Fun prizes will be awarded if you correctly answer my trivia questions during class!

Class Description
Join us for a cozy, hands‑on Cinnamon Roll Workshop at Café Honeycomb. In this 90‑minute class, you’ll learn how to create soft, bakery‑style cinnamon rolls from start to finish.
Your instructor will begin with a live dough demonstration, showing you exactly how to mix, knead, and proof cinnamon roll dough at home. Then, you’ll receive your own perfectly prepared dough ball to roll out, fill, and shape.
You’ll create 3–4 cinnamon rolls and place them into a take‑and‑bake aluminum pan to finish at home. While you work, we’ll walk through glaze techniques, answer questions, and share tips for making cinnamon rolls that turn out beautifully every time.
To complete the experience, each student will also receive one pre‑made, freshly baked cinnamon roll from class to glaze and enjoy on the spot.
Each student will leave with:
