Reminder: Cleveland Heights-University Heights Schools Off Friday and Monday
The school will be off to partake in Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. There are several community events commemorating the holiday.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH - Students at Heights High will enjoy a four-day weekend starting tomorrow. School is out for students on Friday for a Professional Development day for teachers. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day is Monday.
If you're looking for something to take your children to on Monday, there are several community events to choose from.
The city of Cleveland Heights is planning a celebration of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. on Jan. 16. The event will take place at the Cleveland Heights Community Center at 7 p.m.

The Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage will also offer a day of free entrance on Monday. The event is titled "Hear Our Voices: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration."
The event will be held Jan. 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be live music and a chance for attendees to talk about causes they would fight for.
