Construction will begin on a parking garage behind Nighttown in early 2020.

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — The much-discussed Top of the Hill project will break ground in the Cedar Fairmount district in early 2020. Construction on the mixed-used development will begin with a parking garage located behind Nighttown.
Tim Boland, economic development director for Cleveland Heights, said "construction related activities are anticipated to commence during the first quarter of 2020, and may begin as early as January."
During the first phase of construction, Municipal Parking Lot No. 9 will be closed. The closure is expected to last between nine month and one year. During that closure, the Top of the Hill Parking Garage will be constructed.
