Investing in the Future of Lifesaving Blood Services in Central Ohio (redcross.org) — Major upgrades at the Columbus Blood Manufacturing Laboratory are modernizing coolers, freezers and testing equipment that handle more than half a million blood products a year. These donor-funded improvements strengthen central Ohio's role in the national blood supply, helping local hospitals and patients rely on safer, more efficient storage and testing when blood is urgently needed.
