Today, the City of Dayton amended its declaration of emergency issued on March 12 to include public safety measures that protect the community from the imminent threat by disturbance of peace that threatens lives and property of the people of the City of Dayton.

This declaration includes at curfew beginning at 9 PM tonight. A curfew will be imposed from 9 PM until 6 AM in downtown Dayton until the threat to public safety has been eliminated.
