Today Mayor Nan Whaley thanked local businesses for stepping up to support the City in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.

As the pandemic continues and current supplies are stretched, the City’s traditional suppliers of personal protective equipment (PPE) have been unable to fulfill requests. Donations of

N 95 masks, liquid sanitizer and disinfecting products have made it possible for Dayton Police and Fire officials to continue to serve the community during this crisis.

“I continue to be inspired by the generosity of our local businesses and community during this crisis,” said Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley. “Coming together to support one another during this pandemic showcases what has always made Dayton great.”
