• England, Donna Lynn (nrvnews.com) — An Ironton-connected family is mourning the loss of 39-year-old Donna Lynn England, whose sister Amy Katherine England lives in Ironton. Donna, remembered for her music, dancing, and Special Olympics participation, passed away July 11 in Rich Creek, Virginia. A celebration of life will be announced later, and the family suggests donations to Kentucky Special Olympics.
