• Larry Green, 79 of Portsmouth (sciotocountydailynews.com) — Lucasville readers may want to know that Larry Green, a Portsmouth native and Army veteran, will be laid to rest in Lucasville Cemetery with military graveside honors this Thursday afternoon. The longtime artist, musician, and riverboat worker died May 9 at SOMC Hospice, and friends can pay respects at Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth starting at noon before the 1 p.m. service.
