Pipe bomb in Noble County: The Noble County Sheriff's Office reports that they found a pipe bomb in Elk Township. They say they received a call on Saturday about a suspicious item found 25-feet from the road by a property owner on Crum Ridge Road. An investigation determined that someone had tried to set it off, but the fuse failed. A bomb squad showed up and safely detonated it at the scene. The sheriff's department didn't name any names, but this incident is still under investigation.
