Mystery donor gives enough for 35 kids to read: The Kiwanis club recently donated enough money to the Marietta Community Foundation to register 25 kids for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. This is a program that gets children's books into the hands of children under the age of 6. The MCF says an anonymous donor heard about that story, and when they learned there was still a waiting list of 35 kids, they took action. This mystery donor gave enough so that every kid who wanted books through the program got books. The cost was $25 a kid, so thank you mystery donor!
