Laurel Howe, owner of Its SO You: New & Nearly New Boutique, the #1 Women’s Boutique on the Fox 8 Hot List, will present a fashion show to feature fashion tips right for your coloring, age, size and event. Howe will also demonstrate a number of techniques to tie a scarf. A scarf swap will be held after the event. Bring in any scarves you would like to swap to the event.
The program will be held in the lower level of the Main Library in the James R. Garfield Room. Please register for this event.
