JEFFEREY & TRISHA PEKARCIK FOR 9411 LAKESHORE BOULEVARD, PP16-D-114-B-00-002-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1173.07 (a) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a second curb cut onto Lakeshore Boulevard in lieu of the Code requirement that individual properties shall be limited to one (1) curb cut/access drive to an improved public street in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
