• Oxford City Council approves new flag commemorating Dubno visit (oxfreepress.com) — Oxford residents will soon see a new city flag honoring the upcoming visit from sister city Dubno, Ukraine, after council finalized the public's choice. Council also formally backed the Oxford Community Arts Center's push for a revised Miami University lease to unlock renovation tax credits and announced longtime City Manager Doug Elliott will retire in early 2027.
