• Stark State Part of Groundbreaking AI Initiative (whbc.com) — Stark State College in North Canton has secured a $2.53 million federal Title III grant to launch a five-year AI-focused SPARC project aimed at boosting student enrollment, retention, and graduation. The initiative will train faculty to use AI in teaching, expand AI-enabled student support and tutoring, and strengthen employer partnerships to prepare residents for in-demand regional jobs.
