Council also backed a grant application to enclose drainage culverts and add a continuous sidewalk along Trebisky Road, aiming to improve both walkability and stormwater management for nearby residents.

Woman says Meijer employee wrongfully accused her of theft: Richmond Heights Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — Richmond Heights police recently handled a dispute at Meijer where a shopper said she was wrongly suspected of theft, an alleged assault involving a boyfriend on Richmond Road, and several shoplifting cases at Meijer and Dollar General. Officers also assisted an intoxicated man left at Kiwanis Lodge and documented threatening texts reported by a resident.

Woman fails to 'hold to it in' three times during drunk driving arrest in Richmond Heights (cleveland.com) — Richmond Heights police arrested a 28-year-old Euclid woman on Sept. 26 after she nearly struck a cruiser on Richmond Road and showed clear signs of intoxication. During the stop and later at the jail and hospital, officers reported several incidents of public urination, and noted this was her third OVI arrest.
