• Strongsville schools levy aims to avoid deeper cuts as voters weigh Issue 9 (cleveland.com) — Strongsville voters will decide on Nov. 3 whether to approve Issue 9, a five-year, 6.7-mill operating levy that would raise about $15.4 million annually for city schools starting in 2027. District leaders say passage would help avoid roughly $15.2 million in additional cuts to academics, arts, athletics, and support services, while failure would likely trigger deeper reductions.
