• Sylvania resident urges city to address e-bike concerns, improve safety education (wtol.com) — Sylvania residents are raising alarms about kids riding fast e-bikes in dimly lit neighborhoods and around Sylvania Avenue, prompting the city to draft new rules. A proposed e-bike ordinance will go before Sylvania's Safety Committee on Oct. 19, and officials say residents can also request fixes to obscured or poorly lit streetlights through the city's service department.
