Toledo council to unveil plan to audit Flock camera system (13abc.com) — Toledo City Council is preparing a plan to audit the city's more than 100 Flock license plate cameras amid resident concerns about data privacy. Missing Toledo woman found dead on railcar in Indiana (cleveland.com) — A Toledo woman missing for more than a week has been found dead on top of a railcar in Elkhart, Indiana, after last being seen near Holland, a Toledo suburb. Authorities in Indiana are investigating 29-year-old Brittany Ritter's death as a homicide, while the Lucas County Sheriff's Office is supporting her grieving family and the local community.
