Toledo fire and police are checking hospitals and shelters while homelessness advocates warn that full shelters are pushing more people into abandoned buildings. Officials have not yet identified the missing pair or determined the cause.
   

2. Toledo council to unveil plan to audit Flock camera system (13abc.com) — Toledo City Council is preparing a plan to audit the city's more than 100 Flock license plate cameras amid resident concerns about data privacy. Council members are split on whether to pause the system during the review, and new legislation could be introduced as soon as Friday that may affect how your vehicle data is collected and used.

Missing Toledo woman found dead on railcar in Indiana (cleveland.com) — A Toledo woman missing for more than a week has been found dead on top of a railcar in Elkhart, Indiana, after last being seen near Holland, a Toledo suburb. Authorities in Indiana are investigating 29-year-old Brittany Ritter's death as a homicide, while the Lucas County Sheriff's Office is supporting her grieving family and the local community.
